PZYK 2015 Announcement #3

We are excited beyond belief to announce the final swathe of artists, DJs, installations, projects and happenings for LIVERPOOL INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF PSYCHEDELIA 2015, our two-day head music happening, held over the weekend of 25 + 26 September 2015 within the warehouses and recesses of Camp and Furnace, Blade Factory and District in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Our bumper final announcement includes a slew of mouthwatering morsels that takes in an enthralling Musings In Drone programme – featuring conversations with Anton Newcombe, Rob Chapman, John Doran and Sacred Bones – a DJ bill that includes Psychemagik, Al Lover and Clinic, and Hocus Focus, an off-the-wall celebration of ten years of Finders Keepers Records.

Visual delights are packed in as well, crowned by an exclusive new audio visual and virtual reality installation PZYK PRYZM presented in association with Arts Council England. The festival’s own PZYK Cinema returns, presenting The Chrome Sugar Shack in partnership with Metal. And alongside it all we’ll be hosting the ever popular PZYK SKREEN Studio and Piccadilly Records’ World Of Psychedelic Wax Wonders pop-up record store.

All this comes amongst the most complete bill of contemporary psych music anywhere in 2015. Texan neo-psych experimentalist SUN ARAW joins a bill of artists spanning the international PZYK cosmos, headed up by iconic British space-psych pioneers SPIRITUALIZED. And the details of the activities of our first Artist In Residence, Anton Newcombe, have also been defined: read an in-depth look at what you can expect from Anton’s residency HERE.

Watch our brand new line-up video HERE to see this all condensed into a sickly sweet gooey mess.

For the first time today single day tickets are on sale, priced at £30 for Friday and £35 for Saturday. Weekend tickets are also on sale (£60), but all of our accommodation bundles are now sold-out. Get your tickets online now. A limited number of weekend and day tickets are also available in store at Probe Records (Liverpool), Piccadilly Records (Manchester) and Jumbo Records (Leeds).

The full line-up and daily breakdown is below, and you can find more information about each of the artists in our Congregation section.
